My friend called me today after church just to tell me about Jack. Apparently he has life figured out. In the children's sunday school an adult asked, "What is the dad's job?" There were several answers, but Jack had it right when he said, "To cater to whatever the mom wants." The adult then asked, "What is the job of the kids?" Again Jack had an answer, "To go to the basement and be quiet." Ahh... so wise. Won't he be a good husband and father? I can just hear it now, "Kids, go to the basement and be quiet so I can do whatever your mom wants me to do!"

Angie- I was just going to e-mail you about Sunday! I decided to check your blog first and I see you already heard. I wanted to stand up and close the meeting right then! Enough said- Jack had just taught the kids the most valuable lesson of the day.
The best part, was the way he said it! Sincere,innocent and so matter of fact..(so "Jack" like)....he wasn't trying to be funny at all!
I don't think there is a sweeter boy. Your daughter-in-laws are going to be thanking you and Mark one day!!
It sounds like you have your household well trained. Can you come to my house and do the same?
